Typical Daily Usage:
1 to 3 capsules daily. Because of the potent nature of Thermopro™ it's important to assess your tolerance first, so we advise starting with 1 capsule daily before training and then progress from there if required. More experienced users may take 3 capsules before training or spaced evenly throughout the day.

I was only taking one before a workout and realised they made me sweat a lot more compared to when I didn't have them. I noticed a boost in energy. I started suffering from chronic fatigue and one day decided to try a thermoburn in the morning... All I can say is an absolute game changer my energy was the best it had been in months I would take a second one about 3 and that carried me through the afternoon.
