Super yummy
Only been using for a week and I can really feel a difference. My metabolism is flying and I feel less bloated. Really fills me up and keeps me from snacking on the wrong foods. Excellent productFrom not sure to loving it within a week of trying
This is worth sticking with for a little while. My first taste seemed very sickly, and not at all like something I would want replacing a meal. The next couple of days it seemed palatable but not great. Within a week I was loving it. I mix with water and the caramel shake I ordered is really soothing on my stomach, the flavour after getting used to it tasted also of vanilla. The sweetness stops feeling too sweet and what works well is that it stops all craving for sweet things. I will have a shake for breakfast, a meal at lunch time, and a shake for dinner with a couple of ryvita crackers with cheese midway to satisfy my savoury urges. It satisfies, and stops the evening need for snacking too. I have only been taking it for about a week, so I can't comments on weight loss yet (haven't weighed myself since starting), but I am actually drinking it more times a day than I expected through choice. At 200 calories a drink, I would say I should lose some weight over time, when I have been struggling with other methods. I have been fairly slim throughout my life but now in my 50's can't shift the extra. I hope this will work for me. It is certainly no effort, I look forward to the drink now, and am happy with my new routine.Great taste and quality

I’ve bought this a few times now and it is exactly what I was looking for. I use two scoops of powder with approx 400ml of skimmed milk and pop it in the Nutribullet for about 10 seconds. To me it tastes like the chocolate milkshakes you get at McDonalds and I find it works perfectly for me. I have a drink around lunchtime with a normal meal for tea and I’ve lost almost 1 stone in the last 3 weeks. Tastes great and mixes perfectly and for me it’s worth the money.
