I live in the south of Europe, with high temperatures which I don t get used to! Working out was nihil from april till october because of terrible headaches. I sweat like hell and tried everything, even working out at 5 in the morning, airconditioning, liters of water. The electrolytes help me to get rid of those headaches! O thank you!
