What is your diet like?
I try to eat 4-5 meals a day, every 3-4 hours. I’m naturally ectomorphic so often find eating enough is the problem for me to put on weight, especially if my appetite is supressed. I’m not a huge believer in ‘eating clean’ but neither do I believe in just eating junk IIFYM style.
Favourite supplement?
Creatine mono and powdered oats.

What is your diet like?
I don’t go very low on carbohydrate or calories as I’m a monster-eater and my overriding aim is to gain muscle size and strength. I prefer to turn up the cardio rather than exist on rations when it comes to cutting!

Creapure (creatine monohydrate), as it’s the only one that I feel works and is actually worth the money!

How often do you currently workout?
6-7 Days a week (weights). Cardio normally 6-7 Days a week – often cycling as my chosen method of transport. My cardio predominantly comes from Cycling- which so happens to be one of my main hobbies. It’s a win- win situation!

I endeavor to keep things simple. A simple nice tasting whey protein, I rely on BCAA’s for my fasted cardio.

What is your diet like?
By no means perfect, but I will follow the general rules of what food types to eat & at what times, especially around my workouts. As caught short on time fairly regularly, I can often fail to prepare meals (terrible, I know). When this happens I will make do with what I can find in mini supermarkets nearby.
