Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • 250g of Porridge Oats
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 250ml Milk
  • 6 Scoops Vanilla Whey Powder
  • 300g Bananas
  • 250g Peach Slices

 

METHOD

This ones simple!

Mix altogether in a mixing bowl before layering into 3 Mason Jars, but leave the peach slices till the morning.

Leave in the fridge overnight.

Garnish with fresh peach slices, or a fruit of your choice. Then Smash it down.
