i drink mine during workout and one later on in the evening.
I mixed this with my protein shake and could taste the tanginess. wouldnt reccomend mixing with protein but with warm water or fruit jucie to mask the taste.

We recommend taking 5g of Tri Creatine Malate 1-2 times daily before and after exercise. After 8 weeks of continued use, stop for one week then repeat cycle.
