Caffeine
Caffeine helps to increase alertness and helps to improve concentration. It's effects when combined with L-theanine are well-researched to deliver synergistic benefits. Caffeine works by stimulating the Central Nervous System (CNS) to produce adrenaline, resulting in enhanced attention memory, alertness and focus.
L-Theanine
Works synergistically with caffeine to increase focus, while also offsetting the jittery effect experienced with consuming excessive caffeine (no crash). We’ve included L-Theanine and Caffeine in a 2:1 ratio which has been shown to be the optimal dosage in clinical studies.
B-Vitamins
Help to improve cognitive performance. Pantothenic acid (B5) aids mental/cognitive performance by increasing the secretion of neurotransmitters. Pantothenic acid, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid and Vitamin B12 play a major role in energy production; converting carbohydrates and fats into energy which can be used by the brain. Best supplement I’ve tried
This supplement has really helped me. 30 minutes after drinking, I feel focused, energised, with great mental clarity and a lift in mood. After exercising, it leaves a sense of calmness & relaxation. This is a fantastic product that really works. It's actually good that it tastes so bad as when I made my own from individual powders it was equally sour. I think the trick is to get a more sour flavour or mix it with lemon or lime. I'd also recommend if having the full 3 scoops to have it after food as for me it's hard on the stomach. Most nootropics are apparently best on an empty stomach so it's probably the caffeine although other energy drinks I've had don't affect my stomach so I'm not sure. I'm definitely getting more in probably apple and definitely recommend it to anyoneLife changing
