First to note, I use Thermopro Burn primarily as a pre-workout not a fat burner so I've no idea of its effectiveness as a fat burner. As a pre-workout I swear by the original Thermopro Burn. I use it frequently as its an incredible pre workout and makes me feel amazing when lifting heavy or doing intense cardio, so I was really exciting for this ULTRA version. However, i'm sad to say I personally find it far inferior to the original. It makes me feel a bit dizzy and lightheaded and more wired than energetic and actually made my performance in the gym worse. But hey, that might just be me! So i'm actually binning the bottle and going to just order the original instead.A new workout must-have

I am an avid gym goer, fitness freak and all round health nut. I regularly take coffee as a pre workout, but I wanted to switch to these for convenance. Initially I was eating in a caloric deficit whilst taking these, and despite having over 100mg of caffeine per tablet they had no effect. Having also tried these well rested and fed I can safely say this product is garbage. 80mg of caffeine peps me and makes me feel amazing, these sent me to sleep. It is such a shame, but the only products I can vouch for are the shakes and supermeals. The water bottle I purchased is awful and these top that. Stick to shakes.Undecided. Also MIGHT not work if you have ADHD
I'm giving this 3* as I don't think it's fair to give a 1* when I think the problem lays with me and not the product. Whilst I've not had this intensity to put all my effort and them some into my workouts I think it does give me a little boost to at least not give up. I did start with 1 especially cos I work nights and read reviews that said they struggled to sleep, recently upped it to 2 and that did a bit more but I stopped taking them after a couple of days as I noticed I'd crash quite hard which wasn't ideal at work. I'm wondering if it might be because I have ADHD and caffeine usually does have an adverse affect. Would be interesting if anyone else with ADHD has had similar experience. I used to use the PW pre workout caffeine free powder and that was amazing and worked a treat but I can't seem to find it. Gutted if it's discontinued.
