Terms & Conditions

Automatic enrolment and automatic allocation of Protein Works Points after online registration ended on 5 January 2023.

Protein Works Points may still be issued by our Customer Experience team as part of our commitment to providing the best possible service, care and experience for our customers.

Point Validity

Protein Works Points issued before 5 January 2023 are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Any points not redeemed within this period will automatically expire.

It is the customer’s responsibility to redeem Protein Works Points within their valid period.

Checking Your Points

Customers can check their Protein Works Points balance and expiry dates by logging into their MyAccount dashboard and visiting the Reward Points section.

Customers can also view a full audit trail of orders and referral transactions that have affected their points balance.

Using Protein Works Points

Valid Protein Works Points can only be redeemed against online purchases at Protein Works. Points cannot be used via any other purchasing method, including orders placed over the phone.

Protein Works Points cannot be redeemed alongside any other discount code.

A maximum of £100 worth of Protein Works Points can be applied to orders in each calendar month.

Shipping fees remain chargeable unless the remaining order value meets the free delivery threshold.

Point Restrictions

Protein Works Points are not a recognised currency and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged, reproduced, sold or transferred.

Protein Works Points are non-transferable and must only be used by the account holder.

Only one account may be created per customer. Any abuse of this system may result in the suspension of all related accounts.

Store Credit Issued as Points

If you return an opened item and choose store credit instead of a replacement flavour, our Customer Experience team will issue Protein Works Points to your account.

These points will expire 3 months from the date of issue.

Misuse of Protein Works Points

Any activity that breaches these Terms & Conditions may result in the closure of all related accounts and the removal of any accrued Protein Works Points.

We reserve the right to remove or suspend Protein Works Points at any time.

Changes to the Programme

We reserve the right to add or remove ways of earning Protein Works Points, amend these Terms & Conditions, or alter or withdraw the programme at any time without prior notice.
