L-Theanine

B-Vitamins

Stomach problems
I like the taste although it's a bit sweet but I've a problem with drinking this drink it gives me stomach problems if I drink in the morning it will run through me then If I drink 30 mins after my lunch it will make my stomach rumble and make nosesBest supplement I’ve tried
This supplement has really helped me. 30 minutes after drinking, I feel focused, energised, with great mental clarity and a lift in mood. After exercising, it leaves a sense of calmness & relaxation. This is a fantastic product that really works. It's actually good that it tastes so bad as when I made my own from individual powders it was equally sour. I think the trick is to get a more sour flavour or mix it with lemon or lime. I'd also recommend if having the full 3 scoops to have it after food as for me it's hard on the stomach. Most nootropics are apparently best on an empty stomach so it's probably the caffeine although other energy drinks I've had don't affect my stomach so I'm not sure. I'm definitely getting more in probably apple and definitely recommend it to anyoneLife changing
