Orange Burst Glutamine 1kg
After reading a few reviews I decided on purchasing the Orange Burst in a 1kg bag. Orange tastes really good, glad I purchased 1kg! Cut my recovery time within 1 week. I mix it with 300ml of ice cold water for a refreshing drink. Glutamine is great for aiding recovery, healing your GI tract and overall health. Great Product thanks TPW!

A. It depends on your lifestyle and goals, we recommend the following optimal serving times. Consume 15g daily. Usually servings are split into 3 equal servings of 5g in the morning, 5g in the afternoon and 5g before bed.
