I recommend
Have tried other brands and didn't see much difference, I've been taking this and and my body feels great and energized, been eating clean and staying active and consistent with the gym, with other brands I wouldn't add water because the taste would just be off so I'd use milk, but with Protein Works I've just been adding water and the taste is still lovely, doesn't feel like it's too watery, just perfect!I've always struggled
I've always struggled with snacking and found it really difficult to stick to a plan which is why I decided to start taking meal replacements. I've been having it as a snack in the afternoon and I've found that it keeps me full until dinner time. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a delicious meal shake that’s under 250 calories.Lovely tasting shakes.
I ordered these shakes to help me lose weight after reading some of the reviews. I sent for Banana, Chocolate Silk and Strawberries and Cream. I tried the first few with water but wasn't too keen, so I'm using semi-skimmed milk now which I find much nicer. I mix with a spoon first to squash any lumps, then give it a good shake. I initially felt a bit hungry after them but that soon passed. I've just started my second two weeks course and I've swapped the strawberries and cream for the vanilla which is nice as well.Great flavours
I tried these a few weeks ago and they have helped me lose weight especially with going through the menopause which is very difficult to lose weight. They keep me full for longer and stops me from snacking. I love that they come in smaller packs so that you can order different flavours and mix them together. I mix with water and they are full of flavour. Chocolate Bueno is lovelySurprising
Having not used any of these type of products before, I’m pleasantly surprised at them. For the first week I went with milk to mix, but now using water and there’s not much difference. I have found that after a couple of days my body adjusted and other than a banana before gym I’ve stuck to one proper meal a day. Delivered quickly and compared to some others a good price. It’s not a quick weight loss programme but is working as I expected.
