"Great choice of delicious flavours. I use the diet weight loss extreme shakes and find them fairly filling and because they taste great, I look forward to them. I use no added sugar almond milk as its half the calories of skimmed milk and tastes better than water. I lost 11lb in my first 4 weeks with having these shakes, twice a day on the first day, the next day one a day and repeating this pattern."

"Fast and great delivery. I got the whey protein and the smoothie cup and flavour drops, I've tried other proteins but they were powdery and never completely mixed even with and electric mixer. Protein works is much better mixes well and a much better texture and taste , l was recommended it by a friend I'm delighted and will continue to use this product."
