Also known as Branch Chain Amino Acids made up from Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine, they make up a unique premium blend of amino acids all in one convenient pouch.   1. Helps with DOMS

    I've just finished my first packet of TPW BCAA powder, and I definitely notcied a difference in DOMS, however, I drank it before my workout as recommended and I didn't feel more energy than usual, also tried taking it after my runs and that's what helped DOMS. I tried the Berry Blitz flavour and found it very sweet and found it pretty hard to drink after my runs due to how sweet it was, I then put it in smoothies and then was able to drink it fine.

  4. Steady energy levels

    Highly recommended, because it does the trick. Provides steady energy levels throughout the workout, you can do more and with better form. Does not have a "kick", but improves performance. No added caffeine, which is also a plus. Especially useful if you have low energy levels on a certain day, helps you get through the first few minutes and it's a breeze afterwards. Gets you those extra reps and reduces DOMS at the same time. Berry Blitz flavor is amazing, has a fresh taste that is not bitter at all. Green Apple Spike is way too bitter for me, but some might find it refreshing.
  5. Decent BCAA Supplement

    This is one of the better branched chain amino acid supplements on the market due to it being instantised which allows for it to mix easily with cold water without foaming like the original BCAA supplements that i have used in the past and some of the cheaper bcaa based supplements that are available on most websites and stores, this uses the standard but effective 2:1:1 ratio of leucine to isoleucine and valine which works well to support an improvement in workout energy levels and endurance when 10 grams of this supplement is consumed prior to intense weight based workouts. This is also a great supplement to take prior to fasted cardio sessions to allow for the preservation of lean muscle mass whilst allowing for unwanted body fat stores to be burned off as the desired fuel source. I would recommend going for the Berry or Green Apple flavours as some of the nicest which work well to mask the bitterness of the raw amino acids, i do not recommend going for unflavoured due to how bitter and strong tasting it it which can make it harder to consume on a regular daily basis to support your goals for improving overall body composition.
