Have tried other brands and didn't see much difference, I've been taking this and and my body feels great and energized, been eating clean and staying active and consistent with the gym, with other brands I wouldn't add water because the taste would just be off so I'd use milk, but with Protein Works I've just been adding water and the taste is still lovely, doesn't feel like it's too watery, just perfect!Nice and filling, worth the money.
I purchased two small bags of chocolate Bueno and Banana, I wanted to see if they were nice so I can buy a larger bag. They're very nice flavours and they're not sickly at all, which I found happened with diet vanilla protein shake. All good, worth the moneyI've always struggled
I've always struggled with snacking and found it really difficult to stick to a plan which is why I decided to start taking meal replacements. I've been having it as a snack in the afternoon and I've found that it keeps me full until dinner time. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a delicious meal shake that’s under 250 calories.Amazing!
I started my day with breakfast meal replacement. I didn’t feel hungry for sooo long ! Full of energy! At 1 pm I had this shake and I’m amazed! I’m not hungry ! Feeling great all day ! And the biscuit taste yummy !Delicious but hugely inaccurate nutritional values
Received my order last week and choose the chocolate and coconut flavoured shake - followed the instructions to the letter as a 60g shake with water purportedly contains less than 30g of Carbs - which is important when one is T1 Diabetic with excellent BS control - however I have taken this shake every morning this week and it has caused a ridiculous fluctuation in blood sugars - twice what was to be expected! So I now do not trust this product. I had a similar problem yesterday with the Savoury Supermeal which was only supposed to have 32g of Carbs yet caused a massive blood spike. So despite the taste of the Coconut & Chocolate I would be very very cautious of carb content ( the Savoury Supermeal - Korean Noodles ) was HIDEOUS!
