What Is Matcha Green Tea Powder?
Matcha Green Tea Powder is a multi-nutrient natural powder which is completely water soluble for ease of consumption. This also means it can be added a whole variety of shakes. Simply mix with water on its own for a nutrient dense shake or add to a protein formula to instantly enhance its nutrient and antioxidant content.
How To Use Matcha Green Tea Powder?
Matcha Green Tea Powder can be consumed any time of day to help boost your nutrient intake. The natural flavour options we provide here at TPW™ Towers mean it can be taken on its own as a nutrient-dense drink that’s packed with Vitamin A, C, E, minerals and antioxidants. A lot of the team at TPW™, particularly during the summer months, add it to a Protein Smoothie to create a supercharged protein shake. Fusing the fruit flavours of both make what can only be described as a “summer garden party in a shake”! Our social media has even been flooded with some insane recipes using Matcha Green Tea Powder, ranging from fruit-based sorbets to ice lollies and homemade ice cream. It sounds crazy, but believe us they work.
How Is Matcha Green Tea Powder Made?
Matcha Green Tea Powder is made from what looks like a finely ground emerald green powder. Matcha itself is prepared from a very high quality shade-grown leaf that’s known as tencha. The tea bushes are sheltered to provide a darker shake of green leaf which stimulation the production of chlorophyll and amino acids. These buds are then dried slowly at very low temperatures which not only provides a milder flavour, but it also provides a higher concentration of catechins. This is why most green tea aficionados praise Matcha Green Tea Powder for being the purist.

My only complaint is that you have put your hand right in the bag to scoop it out and it gets all over your hands. Same applies to protein powders and bcaas. Please make your bags shorter or do something with the packing TPW - drives me nuts!
