Slept like a baby!
I bought these mostly for sleep and every night I have used them I've had a really good nights sleep :) sleeping well also helps me train better. I would definitely recommend these for sleep, and / or recovery!

Helps recovery and increased strength
I've been taking these for around about a month now, and I have found that not only have I been recovering faster, but i'm starting to get stronger. I have previously struggled to get out of my plateau, but since adding these to my mix, I can honestly say these have been a big help!

This product is interesting, hard to tell if it is improving the quality of my sleep, I think I feel better the next day I suffer from sleep apnea and not sure if it is helping or not, only used for 2 days so will update, may try the zma next
