As part of my weight loss plan, I decided to implement a breakfast smoothie 3-4 times a week. Tried a few brands and nothing has come close to these ones. They don't taste like a protein shake and are quite enjoyable actually. I purchased 3 of the smallest packs to check out the flavours: Banana Cake, Chocolate Muffin and Apple & Cinnamon swirl. Each comes with a scoop and an approximate guideline of how much to put in. My preference were as follows: 1: Banana Cake. 2: Chocolate Muffin. 3: Apple & Cinnamon Swirl. I didn't try the berries one. This being Banana Cake flavour, I'd 100% recommend trying this one. Its light and creamy tasting and doesn't a bad aftertaste. I prefer it above the other 2 I tried with Chocolate Muffin being a really close 2nd. I've gone from 83 to 74kg in the space of 1.5 months and this made the journey a little more enjoyable so I'd definitely recommend them.Good taste

This protein powder is very easy to use and tastes really nice. It works quickly and you start seeing results in a short amount of time. Very good value for money with the pack size. Definitely worth giving it ago if you are trying to lose weight fast.
