Always buy these
Really simple just seeds. I make this into crackers!
Recipe: 360g omega seeds
2 level table spoons of powdered psyllium husks
500ml water,

mix all and let it set for ten minutes. Spread very thin on grease proof paper add salt on top and slowly cook in very low heat gas mark 3 1hr 15mins. Check half way.
