Organic Chia Seeds have a very mild, nutty flavour that works well to compliment anything sweet or savory that you wish to add them too. They’re very subtle allowing you to add them to any dish, protein shake or bake that you wish, some say they have a similar taste to a poppy seed. In their raw form (the best form) the Chia Seeds provides a nice crunch to the bite, though when whizzed into a protein shake they can easily be broken down meaning you want have lumps in your shake.
