Not Heated = Higher Sensation of Fullness
As the oats are not heated in the milk, this allows the oats to keep a higher resistant starch content, which has been shown to improve digestion, lower blood sugar levels and increase the sensation of fullness.
Prepare at night. Add two large scoops (70g) to your container of choice.
Add 90ml of milk or water and stir well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Simply stir and enjoy in the morning. For a creamier texture, add an additional 2-3 tablespoons of plain yogurt.
