The original concept is oats mixed with milk, then different toppings and/or ingredients are added for flavour and to increase the nutritional value. This evening preparation can prove to be time consuming and can feel like a bit of a chore...Step forward Protein Works Overnight Oats!

We wanted to remove the hassle of evening preparation and deliver an innovative, fuss-free breakfast that was bursting with nutrients and tastes incredible! We added our premium blend of protein along with a heap of other nutritious health benefits! Each serving packs an impressive 16g protein and 7g fibre - both important components for healthy weight loss, and with only 2g of saturated fat and coming in at 263 calories per serving, you really can’t go wrong!

Simply prepare in the evening for a great tasting, nutritious breakfast with zero morning prep - all you have to do is grab-n-go! 20 seconds in the evening can save you 20 minutes (and a rumbly tummy or a guilty conscience) the next morning!

  1. Dark chocolate and raspberry

    Absolutely amazing for the breakfast. Great time saver the night before as you just add 2 scoops to water and place in the fridge. Very filling and taste amazing, I’ve reordered again, enjoy.

    1st experience with overnight oats, and I must admit tpw have done well. I made mine with water, as I assume it would be less calories, and it didn't lose any of the taste, but then again I haven't made it with milk!! Anyway, really tasty and a good start to my day.

    I’m in love with all the Protein Works shakes, pancakes and now overnight oats. I tried the dark chocolate raspberry and I was not disappointed. I work in a hospital and need energy but want to keep the calories and fat low. There the best oats I’ve tried, I had mine with strawberry’s and blueberries. It definitely kept me going then had a Diet meal replacement shake for lunch without reaching for other quick sugar and chocolate nasties. I feel like I’m being healthier but still getting that fix of something sweet.

    I ordered the summer berry flavour. I made it as directed with milk and for me it was too sweet. The next day I made it with plain yoghurt and grapes for lunch and its absolutely gorgeous so filling and tasty love this wish I'd found it sooner!!!
