Step 1

Hold lid & shake tub upside to mix contents.

    I saw an advert for this on my Facebook page and just clicked our of curiosity. I'm vegan, and find myself always making myself lunches because I'm so tired of all vegan ready meals being limited, plain and just boring. I noticed on the page that all of the meals were vegan so thought i'd give them a go whilst they are on offer. I decided to go for the Tikka Masala and Korean one. I honestly can't believe all these flavours are vegan, I'm not longer meal prepping every night at 10pm. Thanks for being so inclusive and showing vegan flavours isn't synonymous with being boring!!

SuperMeals are perfectly balanced, nutritionally complete meals made with real whole food ingredients that can be ready in 5 minutes.

SuperMeals are made from all natural ingredients like couscous, long-grain rice, vegetables, grains, herbs, spices and more.

  • Step 1: Give your tub a good shake (this helps mix up the ingredients) and add 3 scoops of your chosen meal to a heatproof bowl.
  • Step 2: Top with 190-210ml of hot water (depending on which recipe you are making and how thick you like your meals) and stir.
  • Step 3: Cover your bowl and wait 5 minutes.
  • Step 4: Give your meal a final stir and… presto!

It depends on your goal! You can choose how many scoops to use and know exactly how many calories you are fuelling your body with.

2 scoops = 230 calories

3 scoops = 345 calories

Yes, SuperMeals are suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
