100% Protein is made from a blend of milk & plant based proteins including soy protein, whey protein & milk protein concentrate. It delivers not only perfectly optimized release of slow and fast acting proteins but also a complete amino acid profile to ensure your muscles get all the fuel and building blocks they need to repair and grow.
100% Protein is super easy to use. Add one scoop (25g) into your shaker along with 300ml of chilled water or milk. Shake well for 10 seconds & drink!
Our Protein Works shakers include specially designed fill lines, ensuring your get a perfect shake every time. Vanilla tastes like playdoh smells
The vanilla tast is pretty awful, the texture is also usually thick and i found few stips of plastic in the bag. Not ideal. Got 5kg of the stuff to €60 so i guess you get what you pay for. It'll be fine in smoothies but i don't think I'll order it again. Especially with the plastic in the bag!? That's just really bad quality control.nice taste

Pros: Gets super thick when blended with liquid Taste is good, quite sweet but still tastes natural Goes great with frozen berries or bananas or both Cons: Due to thickness, it loses some versatility as it has a dry / powdery texture when stirred into yogurt or porridge, can be somewhat managed by adding more liquid. I haven't found any recipes that work well with this other than shakes and smoothie bowls (which are still absolutely delicious) Favourite combo: 2 large scoops, 200ml milk, 100g frozen fruits - I normally use a forest fruits mix, but freezing overripe bananas is a game changer for these.Value Breakdown
IMPORTANT VALUE INFORMATION HERE: If you, like me, and any other bodybuilder on a budget are only looking for the cheapest protein per £ but you’re tired of calculating it, look no further. I’ve done it for you. I’ve only bothered analysing the 100% protein (cheapest) and the whey protein 360 extreme (most expensive) the other one is just somewhere in the middle value wise so don’t worry about it: I’ve only analysed this when buying the biggest bags because that’s how you get the biggest savings and I’ve analysed it with the prices and discounts as per 19.01.25. This will be subject to change but I imagine the pricing strategy will stay similar so the conclusion will remain true. Working: Protein works value: 100% protein: £66.89/ 5kg 81g protein per 100g 4050g protein for £66.89 60.5g protein per £1 Whey protein 360 extreme: £98.39 / 4.8kg 74g protein per 100g 3552g protein for £98.39 36.1g protein per £1 Way worse value TL;DR: Buy the “100% Protein”
