Have tried other brands and didn't see much difference, I've been taking this and and my body feels great and energized, been eating clean and staying active and consistent with the gym, with other brands I wouldn't add water because the taste would just be off so I'd use milk, but with Protein Works I've just been adding water and the taste is still lovely, doesn't feel like it's too watery, just perfect!I've always struggled
I've always struggled with snacking and found it really difficult to stick to a plan which is why I decided to start taking meal replacements. I've been having it as a snack in the afternoon and I've found that it keeps me full until dinner time. I love food and my weight shows this and the main problem is I always eat or pick at food even when I'm not hungry. So, a few months ago I made a conscious decision to start eating more healthily with the intention to lose some weight. My main problem is breakfast where I'll have something substantial to eat but within a short time will feel hungry. I saw an advert on Facebook for Protein Works and liked what I saw. I read up on what they were offering and ordered a month's worth of Diet Meal 360 - BLACK. Ordering and delivery was very quick. The instructions were easy to understand and so just over three weeks ago I started my journey with my protein shakes. I chose to have a protein shake to replace breakfast. The meals I chose were 1 x pack of Strawberries'n'Cream, 1 x pack of Chocolate Bueno and 2 x packs of Banana Smooth. I have tried different ways of using water and milk and find that for me, 250ml of water and 100ml of skimmed milk and 2 x scoops of each meal are delicious. Each individual meal has been very tasty and to my surprise has filled me up and the hunger pangs are no more. I now have been mixing 1 x scoop of one with 1 x scoop of another flavour which is a game changer. Coming towards the end of my fourth week I have lost 5lbs which is manageable. I don't count calories and my other two meals in a day are healthy meals and I still snack with healthy food. You shouldn't think that if you have a protein shake once or twice a day that it will guarantee you to lose your desired weight if you do not eat healthier meals. My hunger pangs are definitely a distant memory now !!Thick and creamy
I have tried all the flavours just recently tried chocolate silk did like that as much as the other chocolate flavour that is my go-to flavour it used to be smooth banana, I think the strawberry and cream has to much if an artificial taste to it, vanilla is ok but be better if was more vanilla. I always add chia seeds and oats to the black range as It's only the hold and platinum range what has this normally.Tastes amazing!
Highly recommend this product, keeps my fuller for longer and tastes great! Really helping with my weight loss too.
