Made my first order with strawberry n cream and millionaire shortcake formulas and they taste amazing. The consistency of these shakes is spot on. I did use a blender for mixing so can't comment on hand mixing. Once I get down to my last bag I'll definitely be making another order to try some other flavors. To early to say at this stage about hunger or weight loss but I have high hopesFantastic
