I love these meal replacement shakes mix it up with different flavours to keep things interesting. But to be fair their all delicious. I have both the chocolate silk and millionaires shortbread. Both are delicious and keep me full without snacking. I use skimmed milk or almond milk and they mix well with both. Best bit is, IT WORKS !!! I actually lost weight !
