Great tasting healthy snacks!
Great for recovery after a gym session and it definitely helps to reduce muscle soreness the next day. I've found that eating one of these brownies cuts my cravings for sweet snacks for the whole day whilst being a great source of nutrition. I honestly wouldn't recommend any other brand over The Protein Works. From my experience, Belgian Chocolate is the best flavour out of the four!Choc Peanut Butter Is Awesome
I have been working my way through a box of these in the chocolate peanut butter flavour which was one of the newer versions for me to try after the original belgian chocolate and millionaires shortbread which were both very nice and worked awesome to replace real more sugar crammed unhealthy brownies. These provide a decent 10+ grams of protein per serving from quality sources such as micellar casein and whey concentrate which work great when consumed anytime of the day due to them having both slow and fast rates of digestion, i like the fact that these are also very low in sugar and fat like the protein truffles which allows for them to work with a range of different fat loss and lean mass gaining based diets. The choc peanut butter flavour has a great combination of clean pure tasting chocolate that is not too sweet or sickly, these have quite a clean taste with a strong element of peanut butter which works well to replace real peanut butter when i am trying to keep calorie intakes on the lower side, i love the fact that these have been reformulated which provides them with a moist softer texture allowing for them to be easily consumed without having to combine with water or a protein shake to wash them down. If you are after another awesome flavour then i recommend going for the belgian chocolate which i feel is still one of the best from the range.Great

I tried Millionaire's shortbread brownies, they actually taste like brownies with alot of sugar in, which I like becauseI have a sweet tooth. But surprisingly enough there's near to no sugar in it, there's lots of protein though. Recommend this for everyone who has a sweet tooth but trying to eat healthy.
