This protein is an excellent substitute for those whose stomachs are upset by whey. The nutritional value of this protein is excellent for those who are creating lean definition like me. I am just below 15% body fat, and this certainly helps me to achieve these results. Recommended :)

i use this protein for my protein blend(100% advance whey egg white and micelar casein).
i use this blend for PWM and breakfast with insant oats.
protein blend are superior then whey protein alone for PWM.

As it's unflavoured I add Zero Syrups to give it a bit of flavour, and they really work. Good price as well.

Add between 200ml-250ml of water or milk to your TPW™ Master Blender, then add 1 scoop (30g). Shake well and consume.
