?HIGH PROTEIN ENERGY BITES?

Carbohydrates: 22g Per Serving Proteins: 13g Per Serving Fats: 18g Per Serving Calories: 267 Per Serving
Ingredients:
? 10-15 Medjool Dates
? 1/2 Cup Oats
? 1/2 Cup Soaked Chia Seeds
? 2 Tbsp @theproteinworks Cashew Butter
? 1 Tsp Cocoa Powder
? 2 Scoop of @theproteinworks Belgian Choc Vegan Protein ? 2 Tsp Pumpkin Seeds & Peanuts
? 2 Tsp of Agave Syrup
? 1 Bar of Lindt 75% Dark Chocolate ?
Method:
1. Blend all ingredients in the blender and pulse until it comes together like a ball
2. Freeze mixture for 10 minutes
3. Make balls and bars from frozen mixture
4. Melt dark chocolate and drizzle over
5. Freeze for further 10 minutes, (but they will last weeks in the freezer ?)
