Good Product But Can Make You Nauseous Initially
Have been advised by many people to start using Spirulina because of its huge health benefits.
Definitely the best value I've found, as always with The Protein Works.
I do feel less lethargic on a daily basis but for the first 4 days of use I had regular periods of a strong sick feeling on and off all day. I can only attribute it to this and someone I know shared the same experience.
Once that's passed though, no problems at all.
Just be prepared for the fact it makes whatever you mix it with taste a bit like pond water. Nowhere near as bad as you'd expect for the colour it is, and certainly worth it for the health benefits. But yet to find a drink that masks the taste...

Great stuff
I have found this hugely beneficial whilst training for a Road bike ultra challenge 315 miles in 24 hours. Combined with super greens I have found It has helped muscle development One downside for me is the taste I really dislike it, but I combine it with super greens and this makes it palatable. The other downside is it's a really fine dark green powder that seems to get everywhere and it can stain. But don't let that put you off this great supplement
