This cake is super simple and quick to make, it’s perfect for the ultimate show stopper when your friends and family come over or just a sweet clean treat for yourself. Swap the blueberries for your favourite berries and mix and max your whey flavours – the options are endless!
60g ground oats
25g Coconut Chips
1 scoop Whey Protein 80 (Vanilla)
2 Egg Whites
1-2 tablespoons Quark
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 shot Almond Milk
150g Blueberries
Sweetener (optional)
650g Quark
1 scoop Whey Protein 80 (Vanilla)
1 small sachet gelatine
Lemon Zest
Coconut Flakes
Blueberries
1. Mix all the ingredients for the base into a dough
2. Pour the dough into a round, lined baking tin and bake 10-15 mins at 180 degrees
3. Mix all ingredients for the filling together
4. When the base in done and cooled, pour the filling on top and decorate with the toppings.
5. Put in the fridge and leave to cool.
