Another brilliant recipe to celebrate the launch of our Coconut Creme flavour! This protein packed loaf is wonderfully seasonal with fresh summer fruits – perfect with a mug of tea as a mid-afternoon nibble!
Ingredients:
- 90g Oats
- 125g almond or coconut flour
- 2 Scoops Whey Protein 80 (Coconut Creme Flavour)
- 1 scoop Stevia Extract
- 100g coconut oil
- 4 eggs
- 45g coconut chips
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 60ml milk OR almond milk
- 200g fresh rasberries
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 180degC
- Grease and line a loaf tin
- Beat all ingredients together excluding the rasberries. Once fully mixed carefully stir through the rasberries.
- Poor the mixture into the tin, ensure that it is flat on top and even
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Remove from the oven and cover with tin foil. Pop back into the oven for 20-30 minutes
- Check that a knife comes out clean
