Serves 8

Carbohydrates:  14g Per Serving  Protein: 11g  Per Serving   Fats: 12g Per Serving    Calories: 256

Ingredients:

• 200g oats
• 60g TPW Millionaire’s Shortbread Whey Protein 80
• 60g TPW Omega Seed Blend
• 60g dried fruit
• 70g TPW coconut oil, melted
• 50g TPW Simply Smooth Peanut Butter
• 50g Zero Calorie Syrup honey
• 50g 0% Greek yogurt

Directions
➖Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease/line a baking tin.
➖Mix together all of your dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix the coconut oil, honey, peanut butter and yogurt.
➖ Add the dry mix and stir until well combined.
➖ Pour into the tin and flatten down with the back of a spoon.
➖ Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
