We’ve given the Protein Cookie a makeover for this halloween, create your own incredible designs and send them in to @theproteinworks to get on our wall of fame! Release your inner child and get creative! These are terrifyingly’ good not to share (like what we did there?)
• Chop the banana into fine slices and add into a large bowl with all the other ingredients
• Mix well until it turns into a thick, soft, dough like paste
• Place on a cooking tray in equal amounts, place in the oven and cook at 170 C (338 F) for about 25-35 minutes
•For the icing, whisk together all of the icing sugar with half of the milk, before gradually adding in the remaining milk to leave you with a glossy mixture.
•Then add in your vanilla extract followed by separating into 3 equal containers before you add any food colouring.
