This achieves levels a level 11 on the standardised 1-10 Blueberriness Scale! Seriously, this was GOOD! SO moist and tasty like a massive blueberry muffin – then drizzled with Zero Maple just to add a bit of calorie-free decadence! ?
Recipe:
• 100g egg whites
• 100g oats
• 2 tsp Psyllium husks
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 120g Fresh Blueberries
• 300ml boiling water
Method:
- Blend 1/2 of the blueberries with the egg
- Combine all other ingredients except remaining blueberries and whisk
- Transfer to ovenproof bowl and top with remaining blueberries
- Place in oven at 180c
- After 10 mins switch oven off leaving Proats inside and head to gym
- Earn those Proats, EARN THEM DAMMIT!
- Return from gym, remove Proats from oven
- Drizzle with THE PROTEIN WORKS Zero Calorie Maple
- ENJOY!
