Protein Pancakes Recipe

Who can’t resist a Sunday stack? Try this delicious easy protein pancake stack, 6 ingredients, healthy, nutritious and packed with protein! With a mighty 48g of Protein and a measly 12g of Fat these Pancakes are the ideal way to start the morning!

Ingredients

1 scoop of the TPW vanilla whey isolate
1 egg
50g oats
1 banana
1tsp baking powder
200ml almond milk
Splash of water if needed to create a thick but slightly runny consistency
I topped mine with TPW Zero syrup, berries, yoghurt and granola! 🙂

Method:

Blend the oats to make flour then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth, adding water if needed until you make a thick but runny consistency.

Pour into a non stick pan with a little coconut oil and make small pancakes – cook until golden on each side!

Add the yoghurt in-between and the toppings on top and enjoy!
