Gluten Free Protein French Toast

Another gem from Insta – @running.lucy  has crafted up an awesome recipe for gluten free french toast!

A quick recipe – that is ideal for a weekend breakfast or a post workout re-fuel.

Enter Lucy and her Recipe:

French toast Ingredients:
1 egg
2 egg whites
20g @theproteinworks vanilla creme whey isolate protein 90
1tsp vanilla extract
2tsp cinnamon
3 slices of Asda free from bread .

Toppings:

150g skyr vanilla
125g berries
Sprinkle of almond flakes
Any TPW Zero Calorie Syrup

 

Directions:
I whisked all of the French toast ingredients up and then soaked the bread in it, fried in a pan, dumped on my toppings, and voila!
