Nothing says English summer like smoked salmon sandwiches. Try out this great recipe using our Super Greens Savoury Pancakes to have an indulgent but nutrient packed snack! Try not try with other British classics like ham & cheese or tuna & cucumber.
Ingredients ( 2 servings ) :
– 50g grated Parmesan
– 200g smoked salmon
– 200g low-fat cream cheese
– 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice
– dill
Method:
– Mix the Pancake Mix and
Super Greens with about 250-300ml water (should be slightly thick).
– Poor onto a lined baking tray
– Sprinkle the Parmesan over it
– Bake for about 20 minutes baking convection at 200 ° C
– Smoother with Cream cheese , lemon juice, dil and smoked salmon
– Roll up and cut into pieces
– DONE!
