Chocolate Brownie Oats

What a fantastic way to start the day with choc brownie oats from @rachelsplate_

Carbohydrates:  9g Per Serving    Proteins:  28g Per Serving  Fats: 7g Per Serving    Calories 178 Per Serving

RECIPE:

60g Oats

250 Unsweetened Almond Milk

50G Egg Whites

Scoop Of The Protein Works Whey Protein

1 Tsp Baking Powder

 

* Optional*

TPW Loaded Nuts

Strawberries

Dark Chocolate

 

METHOD:

mix 60g oats and 250ml unsweetened almond milk, then microwave for 2 1/2 minutes. Stir, then mix in 50g liquid egg whites, a scoop of @theproteinworks chocolate silk whey protein and 1tsp baking powder. Microwave for another 1-2 mins until thickkkk ?
Top with TPW Loaded Nuts, strawberries, seed mix and dark chocolate
