Low Carb High Protein Snowballs

Heading to the gym after work? Fight off those hunger pangs before you force yourself to that pre-dinner spin class with these low carb high protein balls to keep you going that extra mile!

INGREDIENTS

–              2 Scoops of The Protein Works Whey 80 Protein Powder

–              2 TBS of The Protein Works Organic Coconut Flour

–              1 TBS of 0% Fage Greek yogurt

–              1 TBS of water

–              Shredded coconut flakes

HOW TO MAKE:

Place all dry ingredients into one bowl (protein powder and coconut flour).

Next add all wet ingredients (Greek yogurt and water).

Start to combine the mixture with a spoon until it has merged (mixture needs to be thick and dough like).

Mould mixture into balls, once the shape is formed sprinkle the shredded coconut flakes onto a clean surface and using the palm of your hand coat outside of the protein ball.

Place on a sheet of grease proof paper on a baking tray.

Place into fridge for 30 minutes.

Then enjoy!
